ListVibe Privacy Policy

ListVibe is designed to minimize data collection. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not run an app backend database that stores your personal information.
Data We Collect
We do not collect personal data in our own systems.
Specifically, we do not collect or store names, email addresses, phone numbers, account profiles, or payment information.
Data Processed by Third-Party Services
When you use certain features, your device communicates directly with third-party services:
- Spotify: used only when you choose Spotify mode for authentication, search, and playlist actions.
- Apple Music: used only when you choose Apple Music mode for search and playlist actions.
- Setlist.fm: used only when you import a setlist URL.
These services may receive data required to process your request (for example, network metadata such as IP address, request headers, and the content you submit to those services). These providers process data under their own privacy policies:
Local Device Storage
ListVibe does not maintain an internal app database. However, if you connect Spotify, we store Spotify OAuth tokens locally in the iOS Keychain so you can remain signed in between sessions.
- Stored locally: Spotify access token, refresh token, and expiry timestamp.
- Storage location: Apple Keychain on your device.
- You can clear this by using the in-app Reconnect Spotify action, which removes stored Spotify authorization data before re-authenticating.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share user personal data with data brokers, advertisers, or analytics providers.
Data is sent only to the service you explicitly choose to use (for example Spotify or Apple Music) to perform requested functionality.
Accounts
ListVibe does not create or manage first-party app accounts.
Children's Privacy
ListVibe is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if app functionality changes. Any updates will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
